Born in Cherry Point, N.C., he was a graduate of Nether Providence High School.
He attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo., for two years and then transferred to Neumann College, where he received his bachelor's degree in business administration and computer science.
Mr. Andrews enjoyed camping and sports.
He was brother of the late David Andrews.
Survivors: Parents, Dr. Adam F. and Helen Grady Andrews of Wallingford brothers, Stephen Andrews of Plymouth Meeting, Terrence Andrews of Irvine, Calif.
