Jonathan Ross Ford passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2010, in Lodi, California at the age of 19.

Jon spent a lot of time coaching younger students in several sports, including his love of soccer. Jon was born in Lodi, California to his loving parents Donald E. Ford and Michelle G. Wisner on March 11, 1991. He loved spending time with all of his family, but especially his "new" brother, Eddie. While Eddie was his beloved "Bro", Jon made sure all of his family knew his love by example. Jon was a Christian who loved everyone with his smile and charm.

Jon will be dearly missed by his family and friends and many students at Vinewood Elementary School.

Jon was preceded in death by many beloved family members, including Great-Grandparents Darley Richards and Leroy DuBurg.

He is survived by his father, Donald E. Ford, his mother Michelle G. Wisner and Gary R. Wisner, his loving brothers and sister Eddie G. Wisner, Jaimi A. Wisner, and Joseph E. Wisner. Jon also leaves behind his loving Great-Grandparents Barbara DuBurg and George Richards, Grandfathers and Grandmothers Donald and Janice Sweeney, Jon and Linda DuBurg, and Eddie and Charline Wisner.

He will also be greatly missed by Aunts and Uncles Donna and Michael James, Kenneth and Theresa Ford, Denise and Leroy Gorman, Stacy Ford, Marty and Kristen Dempewolf, Mike and Danielle DuBurg, and Scott and Sylvia DuBurg. Jon is also loved by many other cousins, a beloved nephew, his friend Sayde Granucci, and many other family members.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19, from 12 Noon - 8 p.m., at Lodi Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 20, at 10 a.m., at the Emanuel Lutheran Church at 1540 W. Lodi Ave., Lodi, California.

A graveside service will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park, Highway 99 & Harney Lane, Lodi, California. Following burial, there will be a celebration of life luncheon at the Emanuel Lutheran Church.

Donations may be made to the Jon Ross Ford Memorial Athletic Scholarship Fund, c/o Bank of Agriculture & Commerce, 1610 Kettleman Lane, Ste. C, Lodi, CA 95242.
