Anton Brunner, 69, of N2884 Hayton Road, Chilton, died Thursday night, June 18, at Calumet Memorial Hospital in Chilton.
He was born Nov. 16, 1917, in the town of Meeme, Manitowoc County, a son of the late Frank and Mary Boganshutz (sic) Brunner.
He was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church, Charlestown, its Holy Name Society, and the Knights of Columbus 2556.
Survivors are his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Gertrude) Bonlander of Chilton, Mrs. Dennis (Carolyn) Cada of Longwood, Fla., rose Marie Brunner of Chilton, and Linda Brunner of Eden; two sons; Donald at home and Captain Richard Brunner of the U. S. Air Force at Bolling Air Force Base; three grandchildren and two step grandchildren; three sisters; Mrs. Arvin (Mary) Dehne of Newton, Mrs. Theckla Krauss of Fond du Lac, and Mrs. Victor (Angeline) Lallensack, Manitowoc; and two brothers; Adrian of Valders and William of Prairie du Chein.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Martin Catholic Church, Charlestown. The Rev. Paul Brick was celebrant. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
