Kenneth Kendrick, 82, of Pottsville, AR, died Thursday, June 27, 2013 at River Valley Medical Center in Dardanelle, AR.

The son of John and Minnie Ann Parker Kendrick, he was born June 23, 1931 on Crow Mountain, AR.

He was an Inspector for Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. and retired after 35 years. Upon his retirement he went to work for the Pottsville School District as a Bus driver where he worked 13 years before retiring. Kenneth was a member of the Pottsville Assembly of God Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cliffie Essie Kendrick; three brothers and one sister.

He is survived by a son, Dewayne Kendrick & Gaile of Pottsville; a daughter, Donna Edwards of Pottsville; four step-sons, Randall Sanders & wife Debbie, Ronnie Sanders & wife Deronda, Clifton Sanders, and Cleveland Sanders all of Russellville; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; two sisters, Ruby Mayer of Dardanelle, Betty Hicks of Morrilton and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 1, 2013 at Bethel Cemetery in Russellville, AR. Reverend Sam Austin will officiate. Burial will follow by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on Sunday, at the funeral home
