Born to Christopher Stephen Flanagan and Rita Hancock Flanagan in Port Arthur, Texas on October 8, 1932. Siblings: Muriel Flanagan Cullen, Christopher Stephen Flanagan, Michael Bruce Flanagan.

Graduate of Bishop Byrne High School in Port Arthur (1950).
Graduate of St. Mary's College, South Bend, Indiana (B.S., 1954).

Married Lionel V. Baldwin on September 3, 1955. Children: Brian Christopher Baldwin, Michael Vernon Baldwin, Diane Baldwin Troup, and Daniel Flanagan Baldwin.

The Baldwins moved to Fort Collins in 1961 where Lionel began his 23 years at Colorado State University as a professor of chemical engineering.

Volunteered extensively at St. Joseph's Church and for Belle Bonfils blood drives at Colorado State.

Enjoyed family, travel, cooking, new restaurants, skiing, world travel, reading, shopping, and socializing.
