Times West Virginian Sun Jun 23, 2013, Michael Glen Eason, 51, of Fairmont, passed away Monday (June 17, 2013) at ResCare Facility Group Home in Fairmont. He was born in Jacksonville, N.C., on Oct. 10, 1961, a son of Bobby J. and Anne (Page) Eason of Smithfield, N.C. He moved to Fairmont in 1977. In addition to his parents, he is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Mike's family sincerely thanks the staff and residents of ResCare ICF in Fairmont for their loving care of Mike and support of his family. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Centenary United Methodist Church, 140 E. Market St., Smithfield, NC 27577. A graveside service was held at Riverside Cemetery in Smithfield, N.C., on June 20, 2013. The family will receive friends at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant St., Fairmont, from noon to 1 p.m. Monday. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home at 1 p.m. Monday with Pastor Matt Holbert officiating. http://timeswv.com
