The funeral of Mrs. William G. Baker, who died suddenly at her home in Buckeystown Friday morning, took place Sunday morning at 10.30 o'clock. Services were held at her late home, conducted by Dr. C. H. Waters, assisted by Dr. J. M. Sheridan and Rev. R. L. Shipley. A vocal selection was rendered by the Methodist Protestant church choir. The funeral was largely attended and the floral offerings were very beautiful and numerous, showing the great love and tender sympathy of admiring friends of the deceased. The pallbearers, nephews of Mrs. Baker, were: Messrs. Holmes D. Baker, Joseph D. Baker, Jr., David Baker, William Baker Allnutt, A. W. Nicodemus and Robert Nicodemus. Interment was made in the family lot in Mt. Olivet cemetery. C. E. Cline was the funeral director.
