Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Esterdahl Mortuary, with Rev. John L. Stuebe of Taylor Ridge Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 until 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Lewis was born in Connelsville, Mo. He married Dorothy Frost April 7, 1928 in Clinton, Iowa.
Mr. Lewis had been employed as a foundry foreman at Davenport Besler Corp., and had operated a Skelly Service Station in East Moline, until 1969 when he moved to Missouri.
Survivors are the widow, a brother, Charles of Novinger, two sisters, Mrs. Stella Borden of Greencastle, Mo., Mrs. Crystal Millark of Moline.
