Josephus Charles Wills, 77, of died Jan. 17 at Oswego Hospital. He was born in Oswego, the son of the late George L. and Marian A.(Anderson) Wills. Mr. Wills had been employed at Gallagher's Industrial Precision Shop of Oswego as a foreman, retiring July 1, 1989, after 27 years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving in World War II and Korea. Mr. Wills was a member of the Joe O'Connor Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, Scriba. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Oswego. Surviving are his wife of 12 years, the former Leitha Matthews; a daughter, three sons, three stepsons, 10 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 13 step-great-grandchildren. Services will be held in the spring at Riverside Cemetery, Oswego.
