Leslie N. 'Bud' Aylor
ALVTN — Mr. Leslie N. (Bud) Aylor passed from this life Sunday evening in Alvin.

Born March 2, 1914, in Orchard, Texas, Mr. Aylor had been a resident of Alvin for 26 years, previously of Algoa for 53 years. He retired from the State Highway Department as a heavy equipment operator. He also served in the United States Army during World War n and was a member of the Algoa Baptist Church.

Mr. Aylor was preceded in death by his wife, Bertie Aylor; brothers, Howard Aylor and Walter Aylor and sister, Bertha Newman.

His survivors include his brothers, Fred Aylor, Livingston, Albert Aylor, Houston; sister, Margie Hayes, Alvin; sisters inlaw, Dolly Moore and husband, Eddie, Algoa, and Joyce Champion, Lafayette, LA and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, Reverend Shawn Brewer
officiating. Entombment will follow at Grace Memorial Park
Mausoleum.

Casketbearers will be Frank Cole, Frank Marabella, Bobby Moore, Brian Moore, Bruce Moore and Eddie Moore. Honorary casketbearers will be H.H. Madewell, George Stefan and Cecil Williams.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, 925- 3501.
