Mrs. Patsy Jane Clay, age 77 of Winnsboro, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2011 in Tyler. She was born in Wood County to the late J.D. and Grace Browning Arrington. She was a homemaker, and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, and one grandson. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 62 years, Joe Dan Clay of Winnsboro; son, Tommy Clay and wife Teresa of Paris; daughters, Linda McElwrath of Winnsboro, Brenda Powell Stone and husband Tony of Winnsboro, Glenda Weems of Winnsboro, Kristy Biedenharn of Edwards, MS.; one sister, Sue Miller of Winnsboro; ten grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
