She was born in Kentucky, although she spent 20+ years in Arizona before moving to Maine with her husband Robert and daughter Tracy. Glenna was a personal care assistant for the elderly before retiring in 2001.
She enjoyed spending time visiting with her family and friends, especially enjoying her times going out to eat with her best friend of 20 years, Inez. Glenna often visited her family that lives down south. There were times she traveled south with her granddaughter, Mikalah, creating special memories together.
She will always be remembered for her humorous, fun loving personality, such a joy to be around.
Glenna was pre-deceased by her husband of 30 years, Robert Turner in 2011. She leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Darren Quint of South Berwick, a granddaughter Mikalah of South Berwick, a step-grandson and step-granddaughter Travis and Miranda Quint of Sanford, sister Betty Murphy of Tennessee, sister Jessie Shultz of Indiana and many nieces and nephews from Kentucky.
The family will have a private celebration of her life at her home then she will be laid to rest in the Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery in Springvale, ME with her husband.
