The funeral services will be conducted at the residence at 9 o'clock this morning. The burial will be at Mr William Ruff's plantation near Blythewood. The funeral party will drive through the country, leaving the city about 9:30 am and reaching the burial ground about 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
Mrs Elkin is survived by two brothers, Dr Bookhardt of Blythewood and Mr David Bookhardt of Orangeburg, and a niece, Mrs Fannie Brown of Cross Hill.
