She was the wife of Harry Scholl Cramer, who died in 1989.
Born May 6, 1910, in Frederick County, she was a daughter of the late Harry Clifford and Lottie Alma Ramsburg Stull.
Surviving are two children, Beverly J. Cramer Kinsey of Frederick, and Kenneth Lambert Cramer and wife Nancy of Walkersville; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cramer was preceded in death by two sisters, Ethel Stull Phebus and Miriam Stull Scott; and three brothers, Harry S. Stull, Glenn C. Stull and Paul W. Stull.
There will be no visitation.
Private services will be held with interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. The Rev. Dr. W. Philip Fogarty, pastor of Evangelical Lutheran Church, will officiate.
Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, Frederick, is in charge of arrangements.
