Frank A. Twitchell, 83, a retired employe of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, died yesterday in Northern Virginia Doctors Hospital after a heart attack.
A native of Dummer, N. H., Mr. Twitchell came to Virginia over 60 years ago. His wife, Mrs. Annie I. Twitchell, died last year. He made his home on Ellenwood lane, Annandale.
He leaves two daughters, Mrs. Robert Prosise, Carrico lane, Annandale, and Mrs. Ralph Dubrowin, Brookeville, Md., four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
