CYNTHIA B. LITTLE broke her earthly bonds on the day of our Lord, Sunday, the 23rd of June 2013, to return to the side of her Savior after fighting a valiant battle against a recent illness. As long as she was able, Cindy pursed her passion of leading her extended family and growing her business to serve the trucking industry.
Cindy is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth Little Smith and Matt Smith; her brother and sister-in-law, Thomas Burdette and Mariana Sanchez; stepson and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Tina Woods; stepdaughter, Rhonda Wood; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Gary Polk; grandchildren, Megan Wood, Shelby Linton and her husband Trey, Danyel Polk, Brittney Polk, Conner Woods, Opal Polk; great-grandchildren, Lacey and Kynleigh Linton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the evening on Thursday, the 27th of June, in the library and grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
A Mass of Christian burial is to be offered at ten o'clock in the morning on Friday, the 28th of June, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6800 Buffalo Speedway in Houston, where Fr. Joe Bui, Parochial Vicar is to celebrate.
The Rite of Committal is to follow, via an escorted cortege, at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston.
