TOWER CITY -- Kenneth D. Witmer, 75, of 335 E. Martin St. died Tuesday in Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
He retired as a tank mechanic from Fort Indiantown Gap, was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mae Gongloff Witmer; two sons, Kenneth D. Jr. of Tremont and Terry L. of Tower City; two daughters, Judy A. Rutledge of Williamstown and Bonnie K. Ruch of Tower City; a sister, Faye Kissinger of Tower City; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Greenwood Cemetery.
There will be no viewing.
Corl Funeral Home, Tower City, is handling arrangements.
