Darold L Allen Sr.

Darold L Allen Sr., 55, of 134 W Evers Ave., died today in Wood County Hospital.
A son of Mr and Mrs James Allen (Goldie Rogers), he was born in Portage. Mr Allen was a security guard and a World War II veteran. In 1947 he married Kathleen Williams.
She survives with three sons, Darold Jr., Bowling Green and Bill and Randy both at home; three daughters, Mrs Robert (Carol)Fogel, New Dover; Mrs Nelson (Lucy) Fausnaugh, Bowling Green and Kathy at home; three brothers, Robert, Bowling Green; Wayne, Tontogany; and Donald, Mermill; two sisters, Mrs Harold (Jenny) Austin, Perrysburg; and Mrs Helen Bubb, Toledo. Three sisters and two brothers died earlier.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Deck Funeral Home. Rev R Dale Bichsel of First United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery.
