Husband of Adelaide E. "Ida" (Wenzel) Reisher (1882-1945). They were married on August 10, 1903 in Peoria, Illinois. George was the son of Samuel Squire Reisher and Sarah C. (Miller) Reisher. He was the father of George Shull Reisher, Jr., Helen, Mabel, Gail D. and Samuel Reisher. George had thirteen siblings including: Daniel H., John M., Minnie C., William S., Ellie M., Samuel, Benjamin, Nancy A., Mary E., two infant children, Edward G. and Walter Reisher. About eight of his thirteen other siblings lived to adulthood and five died as infants.
