Major League Baseball Player. Nicknamed "Happy" Milnar, he played with the Cleveland Indians from rom 1939 to 1941. During those years he was was Cleveland's number-two pitcher behind Hall of Famer Bob Feller. He compiled a career record of 57-58 with an ERA of 4.22 with his finest year being 1940. Pitching along side Cleveland legend Feller and Mel Harder, he compiled a fine record of 18-10. Milner also played with the St Louis Browns and the Philadelphia Phillies.
