He was born February 17, 1934 in Sunny South, AL.
He was a retired lineman with Alabama Power Co. and was a member of Midway Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Johnnie Louise Gaddy of Thomasville, AL; two daughters, Carolyn Gaddy Wright of Navarre, FL; and Mary Ann Gaddy Horshok of Jackson, AL; brother, Luther Gaddy of Thomasville, AL; two sisters, Ina Freeman of Mobile, AL; and Charlotte Champion of Pine Hill, AL; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Dabney L. Gaddy, Don Gaddy, and George Gaddy
Visitation will be held at Midway Baptist Church on Monday, June 24, 2013 from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am service time with Robert Moore officiating.
Burial will be in the Midway Baptist Church Cemetery in Thomasville, AL.
