Michael Frederick Ramey was born in Covington, Kentucky on December 30, 1978 and passed away at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 23, 2013 at the age of 34 from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident on Sunday, June 16, 2013.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather: Judy Perkins and Mark Shepperd of Dry Ridge; his father and stepmother: Hugh "Pug" and Paula Ramey of Williamstown; his sisters: April Nelson of Henderson, Amanda Eldridge of Crittenden and Jessica Helton of Crittenden, seven nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
A 1997 graduate of the Williamstown High School, Michael was a water plant operator for the city of Williamstown and a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 28, 2013 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097. Visitation was held at the funeral home from 4:00 - 9:00 PM Thursday, June 27. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, 234 Goodman Ave., Cincinnati, OH.
