She attended a one room country school for her first three years of schooling, walking a mile and a half each way from the family farm. She attended Golden City schools and graduated from High School in 1935. After graduation she attended Kansas City Business College and eventually joined the National Dairy Products Organization in Kansas City.

In 1940 she moved to New York with her sisters, Bernice and Lois. She went to work for Dexdale Hosiery Mills and was involved in the making of the first nylon hosiery. The yarn to make the "nylons" came from the DuPont Corporation.

She later moved to Columbus, Ohio where she met the love of her life, Ormsby "Jake" Hall and they were married April 17, 1954 one day after tax day being he was as accountant. Their first date was to go to church on a Sunday morning, this set the tone for their life together of conservative Christian Works dedicated to getting people saved and into the Kingdom of God. She also organized patriotic endeavors showing her faith and love of God and Country to everyone she met.

Bunny moved back to Missouri to take care of her aging mother who passed at 101 years young. Christians don't get old they just get full of years and fly away. Sadly, her beloved Jake passed away in 1996 at the age of 91 years young. Then circumstances with the farm house precipitated her moving to Sarcoxie to be with her sister Lois and heath issue kept her there.
