Funeral services for Miss Minnie Maughan, 87, of 630 Crescent Ridge Road, who died Monday in a local nursing home, were to be held today at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of Strickland-Hayes Funeral Home.
Dr. C. C. Randall was the officiating minister. Burial was in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park.
Survivors include several nephews and nieces.
Active pallbearers were to be Stafford Colvin, Lester Maughan, Ronnie Franklin, Floyd Maughan, Walter Maughan and J. E. Cameron.
Honorary pallbearers were to be L. C. Hardy, Dr. Jerre White, employees of LaRocca Nursing Home and members of the Retired Club of South Central Bell.
Miss Maughan was a member of the First Baptist Church, a retired employee of South Central Bell and a member of the South Central Bell Retired Club.
