Verda Maye Doreal, 86, of Rogers, Ark., died Sunday, June 26, 2005, at her home. She was born Jan. 14, 1919, in Marble, Ark., to Jasper Telishus Whitfield Yarbrough and Mary Josephine Phillips Yarbrough.

She married Dave Doreal on Sept. 12, 1963. She had lived in the area for several years. She was a homemaker and worked as a laborer in a factory. She was a member of the Church of God. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and canning.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Doreal, in 1985; a daughter, La Dean Arnold; a sister, Verna Yingst; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Ron Dotson and Peggy Dotson of Pea Ridge, Ark.; four daughters and three sons-in-law, LaVerne Kitchell of Hermit, Calif., Bonnie Bellanger and George Bellanger of Camdenton, Mo., Marilyn Harris and Ronald Harris of Rogers, and Shirley Seymore and Clifford Seymore of Guyman, Okla.; a brother and sister-in-law, Leonard Yarbrough and Millie Yarbrough of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Irene Demarce of Phoenix; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 22 greatgreat-grandchildren; and many stepgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 1, at the Callison-Lough Chapel in Rogers with the Rev. Kelly Yarbrough.

Burial will be at the Bluff Cemetery in Springdale, Ark.

Arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Service of Rogers.
