Johnny Lee Lawrence, 63 of El Paso, died Saturday, June 22, 2013. Johnny was born July 3, 1949 in North Little Rock to Ruth Helen (Shirley) Lawrence and the late Owen Madison Lawrence.

He is also preceded in death by brother, David Lawrence and sister, Joann Wilson.

Mr. Lawrence was a hard worker and very dependable. He enjoyed raising cattle and horses on his farm in El Paso. His favorite pastimes were dancing of any form, playing dominos or checkers, and fishing. He was a loving son, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by children, Todd Lawrence of Shirley, Misty Whitsett of England, Chad Lawrence of Little Rock, and Shane Lawrence and wife, Crystal of Scott; grandchildren, Joshua, Jonathan, Nicholas, Brittany, Bradley, Jaylin, Ashton, and Brody; and one great-grandchild, Gunner.

Visitation will be 6-8 Monday, June 24, 2013 at Arkansas Funeral Care, Jacksonville. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at First Pentecostal Church in North Little Rock, with Rev. Joel Holmes officiating. Burial will follow at Mayflower Cemetery.
