Daisy Clinger, 94, of Dunnellon, Florida, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2013 at Hospice House in Lecanto, Florida. A native of Wolff County, Kentucky, she was born December 26, 1918 to Wess and Pearl (Graham) Brewer, one of three children. Daisy moved to Dunnellon over 40 years ago from Grand Rapids, Michigan. She attended Rainbow Lakes Baptist Church and then Riverland Baptist Church, both of Dunnellon. She was also a member if the Lake Tropicana Civic Association and a lifelong homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Clinger; a son, Jerry Clinger, Jr. And a brother, Olmer Brewer. Mrs. Clinger is survived by son James Clinger (Charlene), Dunnellon, FL; son Richard Clinger (wife Jeannie), Richmond, VA,; son Dennis Clinger (wife Judy), Grand Rapids, MI; brother Jimmy "Junior" Brewer, Batesville, IN; grandchildren Troy, Angel, Jerry Jr., Heather, Wendy, Sarah, Benjamin, Elizabeth and Brian; many great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, June 18th at 11:00 A.M. At Fero Funeral Home, Beverly Hills, Florida. Interment will follow at Dunnellon Memorial Gardens.
