Mr. Diviney was the husband of Mrs. Myrtle Bortner Diviney and a son of the late Elliott and Jennie Lutz Diviney. He was a member of the Hanover Republician Club.
In addition to his widow he is survived by four children; Thomas Diviney, Georgetown, Mass.; Ellis Diviney, New Oxford; Mrs. Lorna Biddle, Owega, N.Y., and Nancy Diviney, Clermont, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Elvira Patterson and Mrs. Emma Henry, both of Homedale, Id.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Wetzel Funeral Home, Hanover by Rev. Dr. Howard J. McCarney, pastor of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
