END COMES TO LYNN-TP WOMAN, FRIDAY, OF CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE; FUNERAL WILL BE HELD AT HOME, SUNDAY
Mrs. Elfra L. Dittus died very suddenly Friday noon at her home in Lynn-tp., the victim of cerebral hemorrhage. The deceased was very well known and respected resident of west of Kenton and her sudden passing has caused a very deep and sincere grief to her numberless friends and acquaintances. She was apparently in very good health and was working around the house yesterday morning when her husband, Fred Dittus, left to do some work on the farm. He returned to the house near noon to find his wife lying on the floor dead. The many friends of the family extend their sympathies to them in this hour of grief following the first shock of the death of Mrs. Dittus. Elfra L. Dittus was born in Huron-co., Ohio on June 3, 1874 and was 51 years, 6 months and 8 days of age at the time of her demise. Those who survive her are her husband, Fred Dittus, one daughter, Mrs. Rosco Baldwin of Cessna-tp, one son, Leslie of Lima, six sisters, Mrs. George Hindley of North Fairfield, Mrs. Howard Ross of Eugene, Oregon, Mrs. Bruce Robinson of Clyde, Ohio, Miss Mabel Gibson of Clarkfield, Ohio, Miss Lottie Gibson of Dayton, Miss Cora Gibson of Hamilton, Ohio, three brothers, Clarence Gibson of London, Ohio, Leon Gibson of Wakima, Ohio, Albert Gibson of Wellington, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the home in Lynn-tp, Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. C.E. Wentringham of New Carlisle, Ohio in charge. Burial will be made in the Norman Cemetery.
