Mrs. Charles Pahler, formerly Agnes Louise Mumaw, died at her home, 613 Muir avenue, Hazleton Heights, at 12:30 noon yesterday, after a week's illness. Born in this city, Mrs. Pahler has spent her entire life here. She was a member of Holy Trinity German Catholic Church, the Women's Club and the Altar and Rosary Society of that parish.
Surviving are her husband and the following children: Kenneth Pahler, Hazleton; Mrs. Charles Commarota, Philadelphia; Mrs. Harry Sabatura at home; Pfc. William Pahler, serving with the U.S. Army in Austria.
Rev. Father Michael Vetter will recite the Rosary at the Pahler home on Sunday evening at 8:30. The funeral will take place Monday morning at 9 o'clock. Requiem high mass will be offered up in Holy Trinity German Catholic Church at 9:30 and interment will be made in the parish cemetery. (Wilkes-Barre papers, please copy.)
