BORTZ 12 May 1902 Mr Daniel S. A. Bortz died yesterday morning, aged 56 years. He was the proprietor of the Pennsylvania Hotel on N Mechanic Street and was at one time in the cigar business on Baltimore Street with Mr John M Laney. He is survived by a wife, and three children: Mrs. WL Speery, Miss Bertha Bortz, and Russell Bortz, all of this city.
Funeral tomorrow from St Paul Lutheran Church with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
