Michael J. Ralston passed away peacefully on Friday June 7, 2013 at Christiana Hospital after a long illness.

Mike was born in Leominster, Massachusetts on February 3, 1955. The son of a career army officer, he lived in many parts of the United States and Italy during his childhood, and lived his adult life in Cranston Heights. He worked in facilities maintenance and spent much of his spare time on home renovation projects.

Mike was preceded in death earlier this year by his wife, Kathleen (Cookie) Lynn. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Peter D. Ralston and Christopher A. Ralston. He is survived by his sister, Marguerite A. (Nancy) Carey; brother, Thomas J. Ralston; a niece, Allison Ralston; and three nephews: Shane and Robert Carey and Matthew Ralston.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 2:30pm in All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington, DE. Contributions in memory of Michael can be made to the American Cancer Society , 92 Reads Way, Ste. 205, New Castle, DE 19720.
