Jennie married Alvin Hanson at Alexandria in 1904, and they moved to Bemidji in 1924. Mr. Hanson died Feb. 10, 1961. Mrs. Hanson had resided in the rest home the past 14 months.
Surviving are four sons, Earl, Donald, Calvert and Douglas Hanson of Bemidji; three daughters, Mrs. Elmer Lyons (Edith), of Bemidji, Mrs. Ed Sterling (Hester) and Mrs. H. B. Prather (Alta) of Minneapolis, 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. (Bemidji Daly Pioneer, Mar 9, 1965)
