Winters, Tommy Dale, 73, of Longmont died June 19, 2005. Memorial service 3 p.m. Thursday, June 23, at East Boulder Baptist Church, 7690 Baseline Road in Boulder with Rev. Larry Dramann of the church officiating. Cremation at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory. Interment at Mount Zion Cemetery in Rogers, N.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Boulder Baptist Church and sent in care of Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry Street Longmont 80501. Tommy Dale Winters, 73, of Longmont, Colo., formerly of Curry County, died Sunday, June 19, 2005, at her home.
She was born on Aug. 30, 1931, in Curry County, to Thomas Taylor and Helen Palmateer Mullins.

She graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a bachelors of arts in home economics. She had a long career teaching in Longmont, Colo., at Columbine Elementary, Spangler Elementary and then Indian Peaks Elementary, retiring in 1996. She married Clois R. Winters on June 28, 1952, in Portales. She moved to Longmont, Colo., in June of 1968. She was a member of East Boulder Baptist Church in Boulder, Colo. She volunteered at Longmont Public Library.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a brother George Mullins; a sister, Beulah Trammell; and a nephew, Jim Mullins.

Survivors include two daughters, Rowanna Bobo (and husband Keith) of Louisville, Colo., and Luanna Smith (Randy) of Longmont, Colo.; two sisters, Martha Mullins of Trophy Club, Texas, and Coralie Brown of Jal; and numerous relatives.

Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Rogers.
Cremation took place at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Longmont.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Boulder Baptist Church and sent in care of Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry Street, Longmont, CO 80501.
