HERMAN NOEL ROGERS, 76, of Ivydale, WV., entered into rest Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Born September 3, 1936 in Ivydale, he was the son of the late Herman and Dottie (Tinney) Rogers. He was a Navy veteran, retired from Central Brass Manufacturing as a plant superintendent and an avid golfer. Herman is survived by his wife, Mary Lee Rogers, children, Mary Beth (Eugene) Dobrowolski, Phillip Anderson (Jill) Rogers, grandchildren, Kelly L. (Ray) Wacker, Curtis N. Dobrowolski, Emily E. Rogers, Matthew A. Rogers, great-grandchildren, Ayden, Izzy, Ryan, Ray Jr., brother, James A. Rogers, sister, Nancy Sigman and golfing buddy and nephew, Gregory Sigman. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at WILSON-SHAMBLIN-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, CLAY, WV. Burial will be in the Douglas Cemetery, Ivydale. Friends may call 1 HOUR PRIOR TO SERVICE. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Association.
