June Eileen Arterberry Johnson, 78, passed away February 16, 2013 following a long illness. She was born on June 8, 1934 in Highlandville, Mo. Her parents were James and Mary Jane Arterberry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Johnson and sisters Elmeda Derrick Randolph, and Betty Jo Revis, and her brother Robert Arterberry. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Jeanne and Tom Sevart, and her grandchildren Nicole Claesen and her husband William; Richard Couey and his wife Stefanie; and great-grand children Alexandria Couey, Nicklaus Couey, Lucas Couey, Zachary Claesen and Nathaniel Claesen; Norma and Charles Benford ,her sister and brother-in-law; and Jerry and Doris Arterberry, her brother and sister-in-law; Bill G. Revis, her brother-in-law; Vicki Arterberry, her sister-in-law; and her aunt Maxine Essick Baird and other loved nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Eileen had been a member of Seminole Baptist Temple for 47 years. She was a courageous and devout woman who leaves a legacy of wisdom.
