NANTY GLO —McKINLEY – Douglas H., 62, Nanty Glo, passed away June 18, 2013, at home. Born June 1, 1951, in Johnstown, son of the late Harry and Wilda (Good) McKinley. Survived by wife of 43 years, former Diana Holland; son, Jason (Valerie) McKinley; daughter, Jessica (Richard) Christner; and grandchildren, Joshua, Kelsey and Josie McKinley and Rachel, Elizabeth and Devin Christner. Also survived by sister, Charla (Joe) Divittorio, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Member of Conemaugh Church of the Brethren. Retired driver for CLI Transport. Board member of Rock Run Recreation. Member of Chickaree Ridge Runners Snowmobile Club and Tri-County ATV Club. Former assistant leader of Boy Scouts and 4-H. Doug enjoyed NASCAR, the outdoors and hunting, and was an all around handyman. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Ebensburg, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, the Rev. Dr. Horace "Butch" Derr, officiating. Interment, Headricks Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Doug's memory may be made to 4-H.
