May 11 2011 Lena Rogers, 95, of Florida, formerly of Clay, entered into rest Thursday, May 5, 2011 Born May 12, 1915 in Leatherwood. She was the daughter of the late Dave and Polly (Fitzwater) Legg. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Orville Rogers. Lena is survived by her son, Errol F. Rogers of Arcadia Fl., daughter, Phillis Kay and Garret Jarvis of Tenseness, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, special friend and caregiver Rustianne Dean Wilson. Funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 12, 2011, Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Dennis Legg officiating. Burial will be at Moore fork Cemetery, Big Otter.
