Benjamin Franklin Getz, 78, State Line, retired farmer and businessman and more recently a service station attendant, died Thursday, November 8. Born at Wellersburg, Mr. Getz was a son of the late Anthony and Catherine Liebau Getz. He was a member of the Reformed church at Wellersburg. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Irvin Troutman, Hyndman, and Miss Edna Getz, Salem, Ohio. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Zeigler funeral home, Hyndman, with the Rev. G. R. Winters officiating. Interment was in Hillcrest burial park. The Bedford Gazette, Bedford, November 16, 1945
