Charles -Michael Forbes, 5, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy J. Forbes, Silvis Heights, died yesterday morning in University Hospitals, Iowa City, after an extended illness. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from? to 9 p.m. tomorrow in the mortuary. The boy was born Jan. 12, 1965, in Moline. Survivors include the parents; two brothers, Leroy Jr. and Todd, at-home; two sisters Marilyn and Candi, at home; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Merle Sterner, Wilton, Iowa, and Mrs. Jessie Forbes, Muscatine, Iowa.
