Lawrence served in the United States Air Force for 20 years and is a veteran of World War II and the Korean War and earned the Distinguished Flying Cross.
Mr. Caskey is survived by his wife, Somboon Caskey, his son, Martin Caskey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur George Caskey and Caroline Caskey, his son, Howard Kemp Caskey, his siblings, Thelma June (Caskey) Dalke, Lorene May (Caskey) Hultgren, Ruth Caskey and Eugene Caskey.
