Kyle had worked for Volvo Trucks North American in Greensboro as a truck technician for 26 years; he enjoyed being a mechanic and loved working for Volvo. He was an avid animal lover, he enjoyed the outdoors, yard work, the beach, traveling, raising his goats and being a beekeeper. Kyle loved giving a helping hand to others wherever needed, especially when sharing his knowledge with children, but mostly with Kelsey, Jordan, Mattison, Dora, and Jeremy. He was very fond of auctions and would get a big kick out of finding a super DEAL!
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clifton and Maymie Smith and paternal grandparents, Eugene and Altie Love.
Surviving are his mother, Gale Love of Kernersville; brothers, Kevin Love and wife, Marla, and Kerry Love and wife, Theresa; girlfriend, Rebecca Haithcock and her children, Kelsey and Jordan Baker; nieces, Dora and Mattison Love; nephew, Jeremy Love; great-nephew, Morgan; uncle and aunts, Gene Love and Marilyn, Kathy Burkhart, Denise Milton and Terry, and Kay Williams; cousins, Kelsey and Joshua, and many other cousins and relatives.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Eric Morphis, Rev. Dave Cash, and Rev. Ellis Rouse officiating. Burial will follow in Sedge Garden United Methodist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at the funeral home.
