Rogers was born Dec. 12, 1926, in Robeson County. She was the daughter of the late D.Von E. Rogers and Charity Andrews. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and a retired hairstylist.
Surviving are her sister, Frances R. Ryan of Staunton, Va.; a brother, Woodrow Rogers of Fairmont; and numerous nieces and nephews.
