Visitation at Kingdom Life Interdenominational Church, 4444 Wildwood Parkway, Baton Rouge, until religious service at noon, conducted by Pastor Rheba J. Allen. Interment in Louisiana National Cemetery, Zachary, Louisiana. Arrangements entrusted to Miller & Daughter Mortuary, Zachary, LA.
Survivors include wife of 41 years, Brenda Sims; two children, Eric Sims and Scottie Sims London (Shad) all of Baton Rouge; two grandchildren Deion and Autumn London; four sisters: Shirley Thompson, Dorothy Cain, Mildred Haslom, and Ola Givens all of Baton Rouge; one brother: John Givens, Jr., Baton Rouge; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
