Services for Charlene Kay Bishop, 40, Oklahoma City, will be 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel at Criswell Funeral Home, the Rev. James Evans conducting rites. Burial follows in Rosedale Cemetery.

Mrs. Bishop died Nov. 30, 1989, at her home in Oklahoma City.

She was born July 10, 1949, in Union Town, Ky, to Charles and Faye Hauck Hopper. She moved to Oklahoma City from Ada in 1971. She attended Union Town schools and graduated from Union County High in Morganfield, Ky.

She was an employee of Sears Department Store in Oklahoma City and was a Baptist. On Oct. 20, 1966, inn Dallas, she married Tommie Charles Bishop.

Survivors include her husband Tommie Bishop, of the home; two daughters, Lisa Diane Bishop, and Amanda Kay Bishop, both of the home; her father and stepmother, Charles and Dorothy Hopper, Henderson, Ky.; Barbara Benjamin, Stanford, Illinois, and Collene Pepper, Evansville, Indiana; one brother, Rickey Hopper, Hendersonville, Ky.; one granddaughter, Brittani Morgan Bishop, of the home; and several nieces and nephews.

Bearers will be Charles Monk, Wayne Monk, Perry Roberts, Harvey Bynum, Allen Bynum and Dee Harrison. Honorary bearers will be Bobbie Roberts and Dave Graham.
