ADA - Services for Tammy Owen, 18, Ada, are 2 p.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Curt Bartness officiating. Burial follows at Rosedale Cemetery.
She died Dec. 4, 2002, at a local hospital. She was born Aug. 5, 1984, in Adato Carla Cook Baxter. She is the adopted daughter of Susie Owen and the late Don Owen Jr.
Ms. Owen attended Vanoss School.
She was preceded in death by her adoptive father, Don Owen Jr., June 8, 2000.
Survivors include her adoptive mother, Susie Owen, Ada; her mother, Carla Baxter, Ada; three sisters, Rachell Hill and Rebecca Walker, both of Ada, and Cyndi Owen, Moore; two brothers, Brad Carlson, Byng, and Michael Rice; and her
grandmother, Dee Anderson, Oklahoma City.
Bearers are Brad Carlson, Jimmy Cook, Danny Johnson, Brenton Cook, Lloyd Cuttier,Jr. and Mike Taggert. Honorary bearer is Mike Standridge.
Criswell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
