BAZINE — Ruben Rudolph Gross, 49, a farmer,
died Friday at the Ness City Hospital after a five-day illness.
Born Nov. 13, 1920 at Bazine, he had lived here all his life.
He married Elaine Smith 29 December 1940 at Belle Plaine.
He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors are the widow, of the home;
daughters, Mrs. Stanley Hinnergardt, of
Burdett and Mrs. Russell Munch, of Wichita;
sons, Raymond, Goodland; Terry and Marvin,
both of Bazine; brothers, Melvin Gross, of
Burlington, Colo.; sisters, Mrs. Ralph Kleweno,
of Burlington,Colo.; Mrs. Robert Cole, of
Littleton, Colo.; Mrs. John Brown, of
Minneapolis, Minn.; Mrs. Fred Hoppie,
of Montrose, Colo.; and five grandchildren.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday, Methodist
Church at Bazine, Rev. Sidney Diliinger.
Burial will be in the Bazine Cemetery.
