She Was the Wife of Former Missouri Attorney General.

Mrs. Frank W. McAllister, wife of the former attorney general of Missouri, died yesterday at St Luke's hospital She was 70 years old.
Mrs. McAllister was the former Amber Katherine Smith of Paris, Mo. Mr. McAllister, who served as attorney general in the administration of Gov. Frederick D. Gardner, was vice-president and general counsel for many years for the Kansas City Life Insurance company. Two years ago he returned to private practice.
The home is at 6015 Morningside drive. Mr. McAllister is the only immediate survivor. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 o'clock this Thursday at the Stine & McClure chapel and at 2:30 Friday at Paris. Burial will be at Paris.

Were Held in Kansas City Thursday Afternoon.

Funeral services for Mrs. Amber Smith McAllister, wife of Attorney Frank McAllister, were held in Kansas City Thursday afternoon and interment was made in Paris today.
Attorney McAllister, who was well known in Chillicothe, was a member of the law firm of Humphreys, McAllister & Broaddus in the Rialto building in Kansas City. Attorney James Broaddus is a son of Mrs. Joe Broaddus of this city.
