Johnnie Lee Jordan was born in Cave City, Kentucky on July 22, 1958 to the late Virgie Mae Jordan and Johnnie Driver. He departed this life on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Huntsville Hospital.

Johnnie was a member of the Mount Calvary Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Johnnie had a great passion for music. He enjoyed riding his bicycle, and loved spending time with his family and friends.

Johnnie was preceded in death by his mother, Virgie Mae Jordan and brothers, Leon Jordan and Allen Green.

He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving and devoted wife, Sarah Jane Jordan of Huntsville, Alabama; his father, Johnnie Driver of Cave City, Kentucky, two sisters, Marilyn Tobin and Amber Ford of Cave City, Kentucky; brothers, Reverend Clarence Boyd and Mitchell Driver, both of Cave City, Kentucky; three step daughters, Lisa Hill Sledge (Chris) of New Market, Alabama, Tracy McLaurin (Bobby) of Huntsville, Alabama and Doris Davis of Huntsville, Alabama, and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and friends.

Funeral service will be 12 noon on Thursday, April 4, 2013, at the Mt. Calvary Seventh-day Adventist Church (1201 Meadow Drive, Huntsville, AL 35816) Dr. Rupert Bushner officiating. Interment will be in the Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Mr. Jordan will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.

Public Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, and from 8:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013, at the Royal Funeral Home.
