Billye Jeanne Cooper Wall, 89, died May 25, 2013 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.

She was born on August 1, 1923 in Burbank, Oklahoma, the daughter of Samuel and Bessie Irene (Rankin) Cooper.

Her family moved to Howe, Texas where she graduated from high school. Billye then moved to Dallas where she was employed for a time.

On November 29, 1946, she married William Howard Wall at Rockwall, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 26, 2005.

They lived in Guymon, Oklahoma where Howard was employed. In 1960, they moved to Montezuma.

She was a member of the Montezuma United Methodist Church and was active in the United Methodist Women's Unit and the church choir.

Billye is survived by one son, Bill Wall and wife Debra of Montezuma; two daughters, Cheryl Wall Moore and Debbie Renner and husband Dennis both of Dodge City, six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Howard, Billye was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Robert and Elwyn Cooper.
